ABT provides its own PLC SCADA system for both BWT Pharma & Biotech and OVIVO since the beginning of 2011. This SCADA system is a result of 4 years of research and development process.

All works related to industrial softwares are inside the responsibility of the Process Control and Automation Department. Within the years left behind, this department shows high performance by growing over 100% each year.

ABT provides its own PLC HMI/SCADA system. This system is named as Process Automation Architect (PAA) and has been well-accepted by customers. This new system includes several award-winning innovative approaches in the process of industrial software development.

The PAA system provides high performance PLC communication as well as unique user friendly interface. Our innovative approaches has been greatly simplified industrial software development.

For example Microsoft Office PowerPoint has been converted into a great engineering station for HMI design processes.

Siemens products are mainly used in automation devices. Programming of SIEMENS PLCs is done with SIEMENS Simatic Step 7 software development program. CPU-300 and CPU-400 series of PLCs are main hardware systems that are used. ABT also provides solutions fo Allen-Breadley PLC systems. PLC programs and corresponding HMI are provided for various Rockwell systems.

For the purposes of appropriateness to sector standards, more modular work, higher quality and standardization in industrial software, ABT has developed its own industrial software library .

ABT Industry has absolutely standardized itself in softwares with a library where the special function blocks for automated control devices such as motors, valves or sensors and the assistant code blocks managing the relationships were created.

ACRON program which is one of the most preferred software in international markets, entered the Turkey market via ABT distributorship for the needs of reporting and trends of the industrial plants’ process values.

ABT’s area of expertise in industrial interface development are Siemens WinCC and WinCC Flexible tools as well as Factory Talk HMI systems of Rockwell.
