ABT CAD CAD Department , realizes the demanded modeling by preparing the part or complete plant designs in 3D through the customer demands. Apart from this, E-CAD (Electrical CAD) Department realizes the electrical cabinet drawings in high standarts through the customer demands.

CAD and E-CAD departments preserve their professional knowledge up-to-dateness by following closely the last technological developments. The high standarts of the efforts made BWT Pharma & Biotech GmbH company prefer ABT for automated control programs together with industrial drawing projects since years.

The requested P&ID drawings through the customer demands are being prepared in Autodesk AutoCAD program to fit to the customer quality standards.

If the structures that were used while drawing, do not exist in customers own library, are prepared by ABT and are submitted to customer approval. The approved structures are added to the customers own library to be used in next projects.

The solid models of the P&ID drawings are created in Autodesk Inventor Professional program. This program which has a lot of advantages in visual interface and is based on step by step modeling logic was designed especially for piping and installation systems. When the realistic surface materials, all physical properties, and material definitions are perfectly done, it is an absolute modeling and production simulation program which has a wide database to reach to the real results.

The electrical flow diagrams belonging to the automation systems are prepared by E-CAD Department. The electrical equipments existing in control cabinets and the circuits are being drawn. In addition to this, the interior and the exterior configurations of the control cabinets’ are being designed. The project is finalized by the preparation of the reports about the terminals, cables and parts existing in electrical cabinet drawings.

E-CAD Department works with E-PLAN P8 program and has the feature being the first company to use this program in Turkey. There are projects with single cabinet and even some with more than 15 cabinets.
